The bills further would require companies to set and track absolute GHG emission reduction targets. This legislative push underscores the importance of fashion AI in helping brands meet new regulatory standards while promoting sustainability in the fashion industry.

These efforts support the shift towards a circular economy and help reduce the environmental impact of fashion products.
